1) What time does the event start?
The main gate opens at 5:00 PM.
2) What time does the gate close?
The gate closes at 8 PM. Attendees who exit after this time will not be allowed re-entry.
3) Are minors allowed at the event?
Yes, minors are allowed but must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 2 do not require tickets but will not have separate seats allocated to them.
4) Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. In the event of a cancellation, the ticket price, excluding any platform fees, will be refunded.
5) What is the policy on alcohol at the event?
Alcohol will be served at designated area outside the auditorium. Bringing alcohol from outside is not permitted. Violators will be subject to removal from the event.
6) What are the prohibited items?
To ensure the safety of all attendees, artist, venue and its property, the following items are prohibited at the venue: lighters, knives, drugs, alcohol, fireworks, laser beam devices, weapons of any kind, large backpacks, and other hazardous materials.
7) Are professional audio and video recording devices allowed at the event?
No, professional audio and video recording devices, including professional cameras, are not permitted at the event. The unauthorized use and distribution of recordings, including uploading clips, segments, or the entire show online, are strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action.
8) What is the policy on live streaming?
Live streaming is prohibited. Anyone found violating this policy will be subject to removal from the venue and possible legal action.
9) Is parking available at the venue?
Yes parking is available at the venue, however we advise ticket holders to club travel amongst friends if possible so parking doesn’t become overcrowded.
10) Will there be food available at the event?
A variety of food options will be available at food stalls outside the auditorium.
11) Is there public transportation available after the event?
Local taxis will be available for hire post-event for your convenience.
12) Can I reserve my seats?
There are no reservations of seats within the seating area of your ticket category. It will be on first come first select basis of that specific ticket category.
13) I have VIP ticket and my friend has silver ticket. Can I go sit with him/her?
No. You’re not allowed to move from one category to another.
14) How do I enter the venue after buying tickets online.
You will need to go to box office outside the auditorium, our staff will assist you in authentication of your e-ticket by scanning it and hand you a wrist band.
15) When and where is the Meet & Greet?
We will announce the venue and timing through our social media, sms and whatsapp in advance.
